The 2026 Fuzzy Peach Festival, hosted by the City of Fairfield and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, is slated for Friday and Saturday, July 17-18 at the Freestone County Courthouse Square.
Friday Night Events
From 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. there will be vendor shopping, food trucks, crafts, games, and more.
–Cornhole Tournament: Registration is at 6:00 p.m. for the FreeCo Go Texas Cornhole Tournament. Cost is $25 per person or $50 per team. Bags fly at 7:00 p.m.
–Peachy Bingo: From 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. play for prizes
–Easter Egg Hunt: Starts at 7:15 p.m. Don’t forget your Easter basket!
–Live Music: From 7:30-9:30 p.m., Darrin Morris will provide live music. Bring your lawn chairs and dancing shoes.
Saturday Events
From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. there will be vendor shopping, water activities, face painting, food trucks, crafts, games, and more.
–Local Peach Stroll: Between 10:00 a.m. and Noon
–Zoofari Exotic Petting Zoo: Available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
–Little Miss Peach Pageant: Begins at 10:00 a.m. (see below for more information)
–Foam Fun: Between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
–Dessert by MommaCakes Annual Cupcake Eating Contest: Starts at 11:30 a.m.
–Youth Talent Show: Begins at 12:30 p.m.
–Ice Cream Eating Contest: Starts at 12:30 p.m.
Little Miss Peach Pageant
Saturday, July 18 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Courthouse steps.
This pageant is for girls aged 3 to 6 and 7 to 10 years of age. (Child must be 3 years old by date of pageant)
A mandatory meeting will be held on Monday, July 13, at 6:00 p.m. on the Courthouse steps.
Entry forms are due by Monday, July 13. They may be dropped off at the Chamber office, located at 900 W. Commerce Street in Fairfield.
