A private graveside service for Stanley Ray Inderman, 68, will be held at Woodland Cemetery near Kirvin. Bro. Scott Matthews will officiate.


Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and sign the guestbook on Friday, January 8, 2021, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., although the immediate family will not be present.

Mr. Inderman passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Providence Health Center in Waco.

Stanley Ray Inderman was born on January 26, 1952 in Teague to parents Olen and Johnnie Inderman. He graduated from Teague High School Class of 1970, and later graduated from Sam Houston State University.

Stanley married his high school sweetheart, Myra Walthall, on August 18, 1973. They have shared over 47 years together and have two children, Dustin and Lana.

In his young adult years he played the saxophone in a country western band. His working years began when he worked for his father at Inderman Grocery Store as a young man.

As an adult, he worked with his brother at the Buffalo Press. Through his life he was a Petroleum Landman, owned the Teague News Tribune, Teague Land Agency, and a title company in Groesbeck.

In 1990, Mr. Inderman started working with McCreary, Veselka, Bragg, and Allen Law Firm in Waco; where he was currently employed. He had worked there for 30 years. Stanley also held a real estate license.

Mr. Inderman was a dedicated hardworking provider for his family.

When his son and daughter were young he was their t-ball, softball and soccer coaches. One of his true passions was photography. He loved nature and capturing it in images. He could also sometimes be spotted on the sidelines at local sporting events snapping competitive shots.

Stanley was a member of First Baptist Church in Teague and was also a Sunday School teacher for several years.

Mr. Inderman is survived by his wife, Myra Inderman; two children, Dustin Inderman & wife Ashley, Lana Inderman; one grandchild, Sage Inderman; two brothers, Joe Inderman & partner Beverly Elrod Gilstrap, and Adrian Inderman & wife Tracy; one sister, Annette Harris & husband Danny; numerous nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Olen & Johnnie Inderman.
