CONGRATULATIONS TO JOHN DECKER (left) who was recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, with his wife Emily.
Decker is an F-15E fighter pilot with the U.S. Air Force.
He graduated Wortham High School as Valedictorian in 1999 and received a nomination to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Lt. Colonel Decker is the son of Marilyn and Ron Decker.
