A Presiding Judge, Dan Moore, has been appointed in the Civil Case petitioning the removal of Freestone County Constable, Precinct 4, Kenneth I. Sessions.
On July 7, 2026, Judge Moore issued an Order Directing Issuance of Citation in the case, which states Sessions has until 10:00 a.m. on July 20, 2026, to answer the court on this matter.
Sessions was also ordered to post security for costs in the amount of $600.
The petition for removal was filed in the 87th Judicial District Court on May 14, 2026.
