Their “Duck Hunt” Open House event was a popular spot on Saturday.
“Thank you for everyone who attended our Open House,” they said. “We had enough applications to sell out our lot twice! Fifteen approvals so far and looking to wrap up a couple cash customers who got some great deals on housing.”
