UNCLE SAM JOINS A LOCAL FARMER IN WAVING TO THE CROWD during the “4th on Main” parade on the bricks streets of Wortham, Texas.
First place goes to “Freedom Wheels,” created by Margaret and Bill Whaley. Wortham’s patriotic parade has thirty-four entries this year.
Second place goes to “Bi-Stone Tractor Club” with Jennifer and Bill Capers and their vintage John Deere tractor. The parade was enjoyed by Wortham residents on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.
Wortham Boys & Girls Motocross drove off with Third Place. Riders include Brody Mcclellan, Leigha Gierisch, Pyper Gierisch and Waylon Gierisch.
Providing a fun ride for her grandkids, Marsha Calame holds the reins as daughter-in-law, Mikalia Calame, keeps an eye on the procession during Wortham’s “4th on Main” parade.
