Wortham Volunteer Fire Department BBQ Fundraiser a Hit

PREPPING BRISKETS FOR THE ANNUAL BBQ Fundraiser held Saturday, May 2, 2026, are members and family of the Wortham Volunteer Fire Department.

This year’s event is the first since the passing of Carl ‘PawPaw’ McKinney and was held in his memory.

There was a huge turnout, and many special prizes were given out during the event. The department thanks everyone who helped make it a success.
