The Wortham Bulldog Band traveled to Troy on Saturday, November 7, to compete in the UIL Region Marching Contest. The band earned straight 1’s which means all three judges gave them a superior rating for their performance! Their show this year is entitled “We Are Young.”
This is the third year in a row for the Bulldog Band to earn a Division 1 for their marching contest. With this superior rating, the band will advance to the Area Marching Contest which will be held on December 3 in Whitney. The Wortham Bulldog Band is under the direction of Mr. Kevin Russell.
