Welcoming them are Connie and Randall Whitaker (center), Amber Gallegos – Stylist, and customers Leslie Freeman of Fairfield, and Blake, Chance, and Dustin Reome of Teague.
These two 20-year-olds are from Denmark; and are making their way from Los Angeles, CA to Miami, FL on their summer break from Copenhagen Business School.
The pair traveled along Historic Route 66 before finding their way down I-45 to Houston for a quick visit with friends, when they chose to make a quick stop in Fairfield to see what small town life was like.
“Everyone has been so nice to us here!” said Joachim.
Oscar explained that everything is much bigger in the States, especially the cars and roads, and that gas is way cheaper here.
The young men have been enjoying their time in the states and plan to come back to visit again in the future.
