Prepare to witness a cascade of comedic chaos as “The Play That Goes Wrong” takes the stage at the Warehouse Living Arts Center. Written by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and Henry Shields of Mischief Theatre Company, and directed by the talented Amy Gonzales, this side-splitting play promises a night of laughter and entertainment.

Opening night is scheduled for February 6, 2024, with performances running through February 11, 2024. Evening shows are on February 6, 8, 9, and 10 at 7:00 pm, and a delightful Sunday matinee on February 11 at 2:30 pm.

“The Play That Goes Wrong” is a theatrical gem that has garnered widespread acclaim for its clever writing and slapstick humor. Since its debut in 2012, this show has won Best New Comedy at the Laurence Olivier Awards, WhatsOnStage Awards and Broadway World UK Awards.

Director Amy Gonzales, last seen on stage as Jovie in WLAC’s big holiday hit “Elf the Musical”, and director of our hugely successful show, “Steel Magnolias”, brings her creative vision and lifetime love of comedy to this production, promising a night you are not soon to forget.

“The Play That Goes Wrong” presents a play within a play as the Cornley Drama Society put on their murder mystery who-dun-it: Murder at Haversham Manor. The rest you have to see for yourself in this aptly titled play.
