WINNING A SIDE-BY-SIDE raffled off by the Golden Circle Buyers Group for the Freestone County Livestock Sale, is Mr. Bob Melloncamp of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Monies raised by the raffle totaled $32,600.00, of which $20,250.00 was spent purchasing animals at the sale, supporting area FFA and 4-H Students.
The Golden Circle Buyers Group is a part of the Golden Circle Special Needs Association, which raises funds to support children with special needs in a five-county area (Freestone, Limestone, Leon, Anderson, & Navarro).
Members of the Buyers Group include Monica & Reggie Davis; Jordan & Keith Daniels; Kristi & Cole Ridge; Jennifer & Sonny Daniel; Kasi & Sam Wright; Doug Brown; Russell Black; Gail & Randy Cox; April & Bubba Welch; Neely & Clint Minchew; Melissa & Michael Grissett; Melinda & Jason Bosley; Laura & Michael Craddick; Lori & Chris Bosley; and Clint Fryer.
