First of all, our team at Teague Nursing & Rehabilitation would like to thank the community for all of your support, patience, and prayers for our residents and our staff. We have been working around the clock to make sure that our residents and staff are staying safe during this mandatory order to shelter in place with restricted visitation.
Also, we are following the State of Texas and the Federal CDC Guidelines to enhance the protection for our residents and staff. These steps for enhanced protection include limiting visitation to those who are only necessary for immediate and essential care for our residents.
Furthermore, we have a heightened sense of awareness for any essential staff member or resident presenting any symptoms, and are monitoring everyone with temperature checks and background questions. This includes all essential staff and care givers before they enter the building to provide care.
To enhance communication to our residents from loved ones unable to visit at this time, we would like to direct everyone to our website www.teaguenursingcare.com. Here they will find our exclusive Family Mail feature, located in the Family Mail tab in the upper right corner of the main landing page, allowing communication into the facility from any computer that can access our website. This is a great way for families and friends to send a little e-message to their loved one letting them know they are thinking about them.
