What do a story book and a nature trail have in common? The Story Walk out at Fairfield Lake State Park.

Fairfield Library Association Inc. and Fairfield Lake have partnered up to bring a fun, exciting and healthy event to the community, starting Friday, November 13, 2020 and going until Sunday, November 29, 2020.

The half mile Scenic Trail will be the home of “Hello Fall” by Deborah Diesen. The trail is suitable for all ages, but not for strollers.

The story is about a Grandfather spending time with his Granddaughter while they discover the wonder of every moment together.

The lovely colors of fall help to heighten the enjoyment of the hike.
