State Attorney General’s Office Takes Over Wortham Spa Infusion Death Case

The Texas Attorney General’s Office will be taking over the case of Jenifer Cleveland’s death that occurred July 10, 2023, after an IV Infusion procedure at Luxe Med Spa in Wortham, Texas.

If the decision is made to take the charges to Grand Jury, it will be done in the Freestone County District Court.

Any indictments would be done in Freestone County as well, all according to District Attorney Brian Evans.
