Amid the confusion and closures during the COVID-19 pandemic, Fairfield Chamber of Commerce has actively worked behind the scenes to promote all of their Chamber members.

As soon as Governor Abbott shut down all non-essential business and closed church doors, the Chamber worked to put together a Restaurant guide and a Church guide to help the community.

The Chamber, along with the City of Fairfield and community, hosted an Easter Drive-Thru event to help give the children of Freestone County some normalcy during the new confusion.

To honor the Lady Eagles for winning the State Championship, they put together a scavenger hunt with goodie bags for everyone who participated and found all twelve Lady Eagles.

Their newest project is working on development videos for Chamber members to promote their business.

Plus they have plans for a Drive-Thru Halloween event!

This is all in addition to the numerous ribbon cuttings the Chamber holds, their brilliant use of social media as an outlet to showcase their various members, and far more such as:

–Networking Opportunities

–Business Referrals

–Monthly Newsletter

–Advertising Opportunities

–Free use of the Board Room for all members

–Distribution of printed material for businesses, organizations and events

–GO Fairfield app listing

–Promotional events for retails shopping
