The Chamber of Commerce is an organization of citizens who are investing their time and money in community development programs and working together to improve economic, civic and the cultural wellbeing in our area. The Chamber’s mission is to create an environment in which businesses prosper, when we create a great quality of life for our citizens we help our business community grow as well.

As we start the new chamber year we are working on events, activities and programs for the upcoming year. Each year we provide sponsorship opportunities for our members. If you see something on the list you would like to be a part of please let us know. Because of our sponsors all of our events, activities and programs are FREE.

Lemonade Day – A Youth Entrepreneur Program aimed at teaching kids how to start and operate their own business. Our children are our future, if we can ignite their entrepreneur spirit we can transform their lives. This program is FREE to all children the cost to host this program is approximately $4000. We feel very blessed that we have been able to bring this program to the children of Fairfield Tx. This is a huge opportunity for our kids. Lemonade Day expenses include Licensing fee, prizes, giveaways, awards and materials. Sponsorships are due in December.

We have a few different sponsorship opportunities listed below:

–Main Squeeze– $1,000- includes: Headliner business name and logo on all printed Lemonade Day material including backpacks and workbooks, on all Fairfield Chamber of Commerce printed material for Lemonade Day and on Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Lemonade Day certificates and awards, and sponsorship signs set up for Lemonade Kick-off event, Best Tasting Contest event, and Lemonade Day.

–Big Squeeze– $500- includes: Business and logo name on all printed Lemonade Day material including backpacks and workbooks, on all Fairfield Chamber of Commerce printed material for Lemonade Day and on Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Lemonade Day certificates and awards, and sponsorship signs set up for Lemonade Day Kick-off event, Best Tasting Contest event, and Lemonade Day.

–Sweet Squeeze– $250- includes: Business name and logo on printed Lemonade Day backpacks & workbooks and on all Fairfield Chamber of Commerce printed material for Lemonade Day and on Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Lemonade Day certificates and awards.

–Fresh Squeeze-$100- includes: Business name and logo on all Fairfield Chamber of Commerce printed material for Lemonade Day and on Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Lemonade Day certificates and awards.

Business After Hours – Would you like to host a Business After Hours? Once each quarter you have the opportunity to offer a networking event at your business. After hours are held on the 1st Thursday of the month from 5:30-6:30pm. The host provides food, drinks and door prizes.

Easter Eggstravaganza – Come visit the Easter Bunny, enjoy an egg hunt and arts and crafts and so much more .

Tea with Miss Texas – Each year the Chamber hosts a Tea Party for Miss Texas at the Moody Bradley House. Young ladies and gentlemen enjoy food, drinks and arts & crafts while spending time with Miss Texas. Food, drink and activity sponsors are available.

Fuzzy Peach Festival – Held the 3rd weekend in July, we were so excited to bring the Fuzzy Peach Festival to our community last year. Sponsorship opportunities include Little Miss Peach Pageant and Music/Band, Ice Cream Eating Contest.

Teacher Orientation – August, We welcome new teachers with gift bags filled with goodies from local businesses. Donations include pens, koozies, post its, gift certificates, discount coupons, bags with your company logo, etc.

Teacher Back to School Breakfast – August, sponsorships help with providing food and drinks for all teachers. The chamber purchases great door prizes and giveaways before their long first day back begins. Sponsors are invited to speak that morning and/or help with our drawings.

Show of Wheels – 2024 brings our 26th Annual Car Show, sponsorships include T-shirts ($500) People Choice and Best of Show Trophies and other specialty trophies.

Breakfast with Santa in September – Each year we bring Santa to the Green Barn for a Pancake Breakfast for the children in our community.

Children are invited to attend our event in their pajamas. Activities include face painting, a visit with Santa, ornaments making and other arts and crafts. Food, drink and activity sponsorships are available.

Community Scarecrow Contest – This year brings our 8th Annual Scarecrow Contest. Lamp posts are decorated for fall with some very creative scarecrow designs. Categories include clubs, churches, schools, businesses and individuals. Prize sponsorships are available.

Boo on the Square – This huge event brings children to the square from Fairfield and beyond. Food, Drink and activity sponsorships are available. Businesses are also encouraged to set up and give out treat and/or play a game from 5:30-7:30pm.

Christmas on the Square – this special event brings visitors from all around as we enjoy a live nativity, Santa, arts and crafts, music and more.

Jingle all the Way – Ice Slide Christmas Event with arts & crafts and Santa and more.

FUNDRAISERS

–Fair Banners – June, these Red, White and Blue banners help promote our Freestone County Fair & Rodeo and raise money for our July 4th Fireworks. Full Fan Banners are $40, large Banners are $65

–Annual Chamber Awards Banquet – Thursday, January 25th –an opportunity to recognize Individuals who have made a difference in our community are recognized. A cake auction is held to raise money for events and activities.

–Putt Fore A Purpose – Planned for April 20th 2024 this event creates funds for our July 4th Fireworks. The Chamber contributes $6,000 towards the City of Fairfield’s “Fireworks at the Fairgrounds”
