PARTICIPATING IN THE Waco Music Teachers Association Fall Festival on November 12, 2016 is eight-year-old Parker Black, daughter of Marsha and Martin Black of Dew. After receiving a superior rating by the judges, Parker was asked to perform the following day at the WTMA Fall Festival Recital held at Waco Hall on the Baylor campus.
