Although it may not be as talked about or as in our faces, the numbers are still not at zero and we still have to be mindful about what we do to stay clear and reduce the risk.
Need to build up your immune system?
Sea moss has 92 out of 102 minerals we need to survive. You can buy it by the jar or add in a smoothie. Be mindful about where you get it from because it should be wildcrafted from the Caribbean.
Eat more fruits and vegetables to also build up your immune system. Add a spoonful of elderberry syrup to your morning regimen. Take probiotics and get your gut where it needs to be.
Fever or feeling sick? – I will do drop door delivery of the above options or anything that will help.
Been exposed to anyone with Covid – use a mask if you have to move around!
For masks –
1. clean regularly or get a new one
2. Don’t go in a store touching everything then touch your mask. Use hand sanitizer first.
3. Masks should be covering your nose too.
Hands –
1. Wash regularly
2. Sanitize when you leave everywhere.
3. Sanitize when you touch money.
4. Wear gloves if possible.
If you or someone you know have it. Be transparent… let people know bc just having a conversation with you puts us at risk.
Touching what you touched in the store, puts us at risk and then puts those we come into contact with at risk! This is how we minimize the revolving door.
