Silhouettes of Blues Legends Unveiled During Annual Wortham Blues Festival

Everyone had a great time at Wortham’s 2023 Blues Festival, honoring ‘Blind’ Lemon Jefferson.

Returning to the festival this year included the Peter Sinclair Band,

Gary Cain,

and Frank Hasty & Da’Merge.

Silhouettes were unveiled for Wortham native ‘Blind’ Lemon Jefferson (at top) and Stevie Ray Vaughn, with more coming soon.

Festival-goers took selfies with the musical legends,

enjoyed good food,

and danced  into the night to the best in Blues music.
