The 2nd Annual Fuzzy Peach Festival is only a few weeks away, and deadlines for entries are getting close.
Freestone Medical Center is hosting a Color Fun Run on Saturday, July 18, 2020, to help kick-off the weekend’s festivities.
This is a non-timed run, meaning you can walk if you want to, and will have four color stations where they will be coloring participants with chalk color.
Everyone who registers by Tuesday, June 30, 2020 will get a WHITE t-shirt, but if you register after that time, a shirt cannot be guaranteed.
Registration is $25 through June 30, and includes the before mentioned white t-shirt, a bib number, sunglasses and a finisher medal.
After June 30, the fee goes up to $30 dollars, and you can register the morning of the run, but no guarantee of the white t-shirt, that is perfect for chalk coloring.
Registration needs to be turned in at the Freestone Medical Center Administration Office, Attn: Lisa Schick.
The under two-mile course goes through the north side of Fairfield, and Sonic of Fairfield will be passing out water midway.
Little Miss Peach Pageant will also be taking place during the Fuzzy Peach Festival starting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2020.
Registrations need to be turned into Creations Flowers & Gifts or the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce by Thursday, July 9, 2020.
On July 9 at 6:30 p.m. on the Freestone County Courthouse steps there will be a mandatory meeting for all registered participants.
Categories will be three to six year olds and seven to ten year olds, dressed in their best cute, sassy and comfy combination.
