Early voting begins in less than two weeks for School Board and City Council elections.
Normally held in May, these local elections were postponed to the General Election Day on November 3, 2020 to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
In order to assist voters in making their selections, Freestone County Times has sent out written questions to all the local candidates, and will publish their answers in a series of articles during the month of October.
Elections are being held this year for Fairfield ISD, Wortham ISD, City of Fairfield, City of Streetman, and City of Teague.
