secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 1503 Main Street, Teague, Texas 75860 and with the legal
description of Tract One: Being all that certain Lot, Tract or Parcel of Land situated in Freestone County, Texas, out of the D.C.
Cannon Survey, A-l30, and being Lot 3. Eppes Addition to the city of Teague, Freestone County, Texas, according to the map or
plat of said addition as drawn by John D. Fryer and recorded in Volume l, Page 47, Map Records. Freestone County, Texas: Less
and Except, However, 75 Feed off the West Side of said Lot 3 heretofore conveyed to Austin S. Blackmon. Beig the same land
described in deed Dated May 20, I977, from W. H. Stoecker and Austin Caldwell Stoecker to Patrick D. Honeycutt and wife,
Janice E. Honeycutt and recorded in Vol. 483, Page 964, Deed Records of Freestone County, Texas. Tract Two: Being all that
Certain piece, parcel of Tract of Land being the North Twenty Feet of the West 75 Feet of Lot 3 and being the same lands and
premises set out and described in a Certain warranty Deed from Austin S. Blackmon to Patrick D. Honeycut et ux, dated May 20.
I977, found of record in Vol. 483, Page 961, Deed Records, Freestone County, Texas.
