Cannon Survey, A-l30, and being Lot 3. Eppes Addition to the city of Teague, Freestone County, Texas, according to the map or
plat of said addition as drawn by John D. Fryer and recorded in Volume l, Page 47, Map Records. Freestone County, Texas: Less
and Except, However, 75 Feed off the West Side of said Lot 3 heretofore conveyed to Austin S. Blackmon. Beig the same land
