March is National Craft Month, just in time for springtime.

Crafts include a wide variety of activities; from painting, knitting, woodworking and DIY Beauty to others like clipart paper, decoupage, glass etching and upcycling.

There is no shortage of ways to craft, and this month is the perfect time to try out a new style or share your favorite with a group of people.

You can even start crafting some long keeping gifts to be way ahead of the game for Christmas.  I know, I know, it is only March, but nothing wrong with getting ready early!

In fact, with spring break happening during in March, it makes for a fun time with kids at home whenever they utter the dreaded, “I’m BORED.”

Crafts can vary from the simple to the highly complex, and most types have all levels inside.

You can even find ‘kits’ online that include everything you need to complete a craft, including some with items you can reuse.

You can get casting kits, and do an adorable cast of the children in your life’s hands and/or feet.

Order soap kits to make adorable soap that you can keep or give as gifts. Tip: these would make sweet teachers gifts.

If you are into candles, there are kits for that too.

One thing to keep in mind is to read the reviews on anything you order online to make sure it is good quality and worth spending your money on.

Some people might even consider that they could start a crafting group and/or class.

It can be a great way to share your crafting passion with those you know and love while enjoying time together with them.

Maybe you trying to figure out a way to start a vlog (video blog), then crafting can be your inspiration, as you share with the world your craft.

The options are unlimited, let your mind be stretched.

Personally, I have been eyeing this old sewing machine, the type built into a cabinet, and think it will be a perfect upcycle craft.

Crafting and good times makes for One Amazing Month.
