Dear Editor,
Nothing we read today confirms more clearly the leftist, woke perspective of national print and telecast “news.” Every day the Gaza war continues, the press displays photos of pathetic, tragic victims of Israeli bombing and artillery strikes that kill Palestinian civilians. The message is plainly that there must be a cease-fire at once. The message is false, and the liberal press knows it. Halting a successful military campaign without achieving the objective – destroying terrorist Hamas – would defeat its purpose in the first place: eliminating a mortal enemy force. In the past years, every time Israel has compromised with Palestinian forces in order to achieve peace, the Palestinians used the respite to regroup, rearm, and kill more Israeli citizens. Today there are no photos of the bloody, savage deliberate massacre of Jewish children, women, old people – civilians all. Civilians were deliberately selected for death.
It’s doubtful that photos of actual Jewish families, including children, butchered by Hamas attackers, would alter what we see/read about the current war. Ultra liberals control the news media in this country, and their collective minds are closed to reason.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has forcefully stated that Israel will not cave to a cease-fire (a pause, to quote Mr. Biden). Would U.S. armed forces have agreed to a cease-fire after Pearl Harbor? After D-day in Normandy? It would have been criminal lunacy to have done so.
God bless Israeli arms in this war with total victory and the resulting peace victory would bring. And
