Dear Partner in Pink:

On behalf of Freestone Medical Center, I am writing to invite you to become a co-sponsor and supporter of our annual Pinktober Events and 4th Annual Health Fair. The theme for this year is “Partners in Pink for Healthcare,” with a somewhat obvious color scheme.

In the face of a pandemic, our 2020 drive-through health fair saw strong interest from the community. We expect an even greater response to our Pinktober Events and Health Fair this year!

The Partners in Pink Health Fair is scheduled to take place at the Freestone Medical Center facility from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021.

As a leader in the community, your involvement with our Pinktober Events is an opportunity for your organization to receive exposure and to join other individuals and organizations in our community to educate our neighbors about health issues, aid in the fight against breast cancer, promote prevention and early intervention efforts, offer community resources and create and strengthen community partnerships.

Community sponsors are the primary source of funding for this event and will help ensure its success.

You can provide support in the following ways:

–Be a Co-Sponsor or Event Supporter through a monetary donation. Your company logo will be
placed on materials to promote the events.

–Donate promotional items, food, t-shirts, prizes or other in-kind options.

–Volunteer at the events.

–Sponsor or host a booth at the events to provide information to visitors.

All donations are appreciated and your organization will be listed as a Partner in Pink on the Pinktober

Events flyers and the FMC website. Monetary donations of $250 or more will place your organization’s logo on our staff t-shirts and sponsored competitor event shirts.
