Cub Scout Pack 668 will hold an Open House on Tuesday, August 31 from 5:30 – 7:00 in the Fellowship Hall at the Fairfield First United Methodist Church at 201 Mount St. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about scouting in Freestone County. Boys and girls ages 6-12 are invited to attend. Adult volunteers are also needed.
Happy to report that Cub Scout Pack 668 finished a good year last school year, even with dealing with Covid restrictions. They finished out the year with a 2-night family camping trip in May to Lake Fairfield State Park. Plus, they had a float in the Freestone County Rodeo parade in June. They are already making plans for an awesome year for 2021 – 2022. The Scout pack is sponsored by the First United Methodist Church. This in the only Scout group in Freestone County
