The awards and accolades continue to shower the lady lions basketball players.
TGCA released its All-state academic team and four lady lions made the list: Madison Steen, KaDaja Nickleberry, Zytaria Herod, and Kennedy Bennett.
“I’m proud of the achievements these ladies have earned on and off the court,” says Coach Chris Nickleberry. “As an athlete you must recognize you are a student first.”
KaDaja Nickleberry was also named to the TGCA All-State Team.
