When we get sick or want to lose weight, the first thing we do is detox.   There are numerous products that detox, but what is best?   Detoxing is ridding your body of toxins and unhealthy substances.
Toxins are everywhere.  If we don’t eat organic foods, toxins are in food.  They are in chemicals used to clean our house or in body products like lotions, soaps, deodorants, and make-up.  Toxins come from cars and chemicals we use on our grass or to kill insects.   Toxins come from cell phones, radioactive waves from TV, and from our smart readers for electricity.   They are everywhere.
We should detox as often as possible for example Detoxic Harga.   I suggest once a month for at least a week.  Colon cleanse kits are not good because they clean out the good with the bad.  Good bacteria fights against bad bacteria to create a healthy gut.   Fasting is beneficial both spiritually and physically.  The only problem is that some are not made to fast and we have to know which fast is beneficial.   A complete fast is where you just drink water.  This can be unsafe if done for too long or a blood type O.  This could slow down your metabolism.   You have a 3 – 21 day Daniel fast that is only vegetables and fruits.  This is great for vegetarians like blood type A.   You have juice detoxes that may consist of 3-5 juices per day for 3 – 7 days.   This is good for adding nutrients but not good for adding the fiber or protein you need.
How to detox?
–Do not starve.
–Add fiber.  Fiber helps you go to the bathroom and rids toxins through your stool.
–Drink plenty water.  You should drink half of your body weight in ounces.   If you weigh 200lbs, you should drink 100oz of water daily.
–Eat only what is beneficial for your blood type.
–Eat protein.   Unless you are an O, don’t chow down on a bunch of meat.  You can do beans and vegetables high in protein.
–Go on a regimen.  A schedule is important for your body to do what it’s created to do.
Detox should be part of life, not a last resort!
