Two hundred and sixty students will cross the stage to graduate this week from Freestone County’s public high schools.
What an accomplishment, for not only the students, but their families as well.

Fairfield High School will observe their commencement ceremony on Friday, May 22, 2026 beginning at 8:00 p.m. at Eagle Field.
Valedictorian Mason Edwards and Salutatorian Blake Phillips will lead this outstanding group.
Teague High School will host graduation on Friday, May 22, 2026 beginning at 8:00 p.m. at Lion Stadium.
Heading the class are Valedictorian Grace Smith and Salutatorian Leonardo Hernandez Morales.
Graduation services for Lions Academy will be held a day earlier on Thursday, May 21, 2026 beginning 2:00 p.m. at the THS Auditorium.
Wortham High School will celebrate their graduates on Friday, May 22, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Bulldog Gym.
Leading this year’s graduating class are Valedictorian Blacey Hughes and Salutatorian Emma Gonzalez.
