Hemp Variety Field Day in Thrall on July 22nd

Plans are set for a turn-row session at the Stiles Farm at Thrall on Thursday July 22 @100 – 300PM.

During this FREE event, you will have the opportunity to view and discuss the merits of new Fiber, Grain and CBD Hemp varieties available for Texas.

All Fourteen varieties including some Global representatives of Fiber, CBD, and Grain types are each flowering now, and the differences amongst these is remarkable.

Dr. Calvin Trostle (Hemp Specialist from Lubbock) will be present to guide us through the maze of varieties available, and their suitability to our growers under our Texas conditions.

Dr. Tostle is the Agronomist & State Hemp Specialist for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.  Joining him as speaker will be Gary Pastushok, CEA – Ag/NR.

Join us rain or shine for the inaugural Williamson County Hemp Variety Trial Field Day on Thursday, July 22^nd from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Stiles Farm Foundation, located at 5700 FM 1063 in Thrall, Texas.
