A three-day jury trial concluded with a guilty verdict for Donna Lynn, 54, of Streetman who was charged with Assault on a Public Servant in May of 2016.
“We are very pleased with the outcome of this trial,” says District/County Attorney Brian Evans. “We will continue to pursue justice when our public servants are harmed.”
Lynn’s sentencing hearing is set for December 7, 2017.
