FISD Physicals Set for May 14

Fairfield ISD Athletic, Band, and Cheer Physicals will be held Thursday, May 14 in the Maroon Gym at Fairfield High School.

This is for incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students in athletics, cheer, or high school band, as well as anyone needing a new physical.

Cost is $25 cash only. Physicals will be offered throughout the day.

Please arrive in athletic clothing that is not tight fitting. Locker rooms will be available if needed.

If you wear glasses or contacts, bring them with you.

Forms will be handed out as needed and will be available on site, as well as online through the RankOne parent portal.
