Fairfield High School’s 2016 Drama Club Fall Production will be “The Miracle on 34th Street,” adapted by Mountain Community Theater from the novel by Valentine Davies; and based upon the Twentieth Century Fox motion picture Miracle on 34th Street.
“This is a tale that we want to believe in, that creates a world we seem to desperately desire, free of the blatant commercialism that surrounds us, where love and decency and generosity of spirit are their own rewards. What we want Christmas to be all about, really.”
An old man, Kris Kringle, must prove that he is the true Santa to avoid a psychiatric hospital. A little girl’s belief in Santa is at stake.
Experience the joy of childhood fantasy.
Performances will be held at the Fairfield High School Auditorium on Saturday, November 12, at 7:00 pm and Sunday, November 12, afternoon matinee at 2:00 pm.
Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. Children under 5 are free. Tickets will be sold at the door.
