Cutting the official ribbon on their first try, the Neat family (and company) hosted a Grand Opening celebration at their new location in Fairfield’s Industrial Park.

Attendees for the Thursday, September 22, 2022 event enjoyed a tour of the facilities and refreshments made locally.

Joining the festivites were Fairfield Mayor Kenneth Hughes, Fairfield Economic Development Corp. (EDC) President David Fowler, Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Brenda Pate, elected officials, and community leaders.

A nationwide distributing company from Dunnville, Kentucky, their motto is “Faith, Family, Fleet.”

When Wilbur Neat started hauling wooden farm gates and tobacco sticks to farmers throughout the region over 65 years ago, he had no idea his single truck business would blossom into a major logistics operation delivering farm products to 49 states and employing over 200 professionals. Wilbur’s early efforts established a foundation for his son Greg to build on, developing customer relationships throughout the country and establishing a reputation for unparalleled customer service.

Traveling to attend the official opening in Fairfield are NEAT Companies Group folks (left-right): Peyton Grider, Rhonda Thomas, Jay Fuchs, Eric Weston, Brad Neat, Cecilia Neat, Greg Neat, Dustin Neat, Brian Darden, Breanna McGowan, and Jennifer Phillips.

When Dustin Neat and brother Brad Neat joined their father after college, the momentum built as the Neat Companies began to expand its reach, grow its professional workforce, and expand the service they provided customers. Dustin focuses on sales and marketing for the company, while Brad handles operations; both reporting to their father Greg, who serves as CEO and Chairman.
