Fairfield High School students were recognized during the annual Honor Day Assembly held Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
Principal Von Wade greeted the crowed of students, teachers, and parents; and presented awards to the following individuals.
Receiving academic medals sponsored and engraved by Sheridans for being the highest ranked student in their class are (at top): Freshman – Ally Robinson (GPA 5.38), Sophomore – Kendal Crawford (GPA 5.22), and Junior – Conner Jackson (GPA 5.41).

Taking the title of Salutatorian is Anna Kaye Williams with a GPA of 5.39.
Valedictorian for the Class of 2019 is Michelle Rosales, whose GPA is 5.46.

Texas Book Festival


David Thomas placed third in the state in the Texas Book Festival for his historical fiction short story based on Zacchaeus from the Bible.
