Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 22nd to attend the annual Community Health Fair.
ETMC-Fairfield invites all to contribute to the annual event. This year’s theme is “Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future” as they look toward transitioning from ETMC to Freestone Medical Center at the end of the year.
The Health Fair will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 throughout the hospital.
Contributions to the Health Fair, such as monetary gifts, food, drinks, T-shirts, prizes, etc. are all welcomed and appreciated; and your organization/business will be listed as a sponsor for the Health Fair on the Health Fair flyer, in the local newspapers, and on location.

The Health Fair is designed to honor ETMC for the commitment they have made to the community while operating the local hospital since April of 1998, and to embrace the future as Freestone Medical Center and the Fairfield Hospital District assumes operations in January of 2017.
A local hospital has great value to the community and the services provided by your organization/business are valuable as well. In addition to being a sponsor, you are invited to attend the event.
