Voting hours are being extended to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, November 2, 3 and 4 at the Fairfield Green Barn and Teague City Hall.

Early Voting continues through Friday of this week.

Voter turnout is at a record across the nation. In Freestone County, at total of 426 voters cast their ballots on the first day of early voting last week.

Last week, a total number of 1,931 voters cast their ballot during early voting. This includes 1,790 ballots at the polls and 141 received as mail-in ballots.

The General Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the following locations:

–Donie #3 – Donie Community Center

–Cotton Gin #4 – Cotton Gin Voting Bldg

–Wortham #7 – Wortham Community Center

–St. Elmo #8 – Southern Oaks Clubhouse

–Teague #9 – Teague Church of Christ

–Freestone #10 – Freestone Community Center

–Butler #11 – Butler Community Center

–Dew #13 – Dew School Library

–Streetman #15 – Streetman City Hall
