Early Voting in person ended Friday, November 3rd for the Notice of the Constitutional Amendment Election.

Fourteen propositions to the Texas Constitution will be on the ballot for voters this year.

Election Day will be tomorrow on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

On this day, registered voters must cast their ballots at the location assigned to their voting precinct.

There will be five polling locations on Election Day:

–Fairfield Conference Center:  Pct. #1 – Fairfield, Pct. #2 – Fairfield, and Pct. #15 – Streetman.

–First Baptist Church, Teague:  Pct. #3 – Donie, Pct. #4 – Cotton Gin, Pct. #9 – Teague, Pct. #10 – Freestone, and Pct. # 5 – Teague.

–Wortham Community Center:  Pct. #7 – Wortham, and Pct. #6 – Kirvin.

–Southern Oaks Clubhouse:  Pct. #8 – St. Elmo.

–Dew School Library:  Pct. #13 – Dew, and Pct. #11 – Butler.

Poll locations will be open on Election Day, November 7th, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

For those voting by mail, ballots must be received by Tuesday, November 7, 2023 (election day) at 7:00 p.m. if carrier envelope is not postmarked, OR Wednesday, November 8, 2023 (next business day after Election Day) at 5:00 p.m. if carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 p.m. at the location of the election on Election Day (unless overseas or military voter deadlines apply).

Freestone County mail-in ballots should be sent to Election Administrator at P.O. Box 1150, Fairfield, Texas 75840.
