Do Well, Be Well Series Offered Online Beginning May 12

If you have type 2 diabetes, please join Texas A&M AgriLife Extension for the Do Well, Be Well series to help you better manage the disease through:

–Nutrition
–Medications
–Physical Activity
–Managing Complications.

The five-week series will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 12th – Jun 11th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

This will be an instructor-led class on the Internet. All class materials will be e-mailed to you.
Cost is $12 for the series.
