Jonna Davis, 42, was arrested Friday, September 6th, 2019 for deceptive business practices.
Freestone County Game Wardens were contacted by a man who had leased property in the Streetman, Texas area for exclusive hunting and grazing rights.
Later he discovered that the property had been leased out to two others as well.
As the Game Wardens investigated, three additional people contacted them saying that they had also been given exclusive access to the same property.
Five individuals had leased the property, ‘exclusively’, netting a total profit of $18,000.
An Arrest warrant was issued and Davis was charged with deceptive business practices.
