Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is accepting 2026 Scholarship applications thru Thursday, April 2nd.
They are awarding two (2) $1,000 scholarships to eligible graduating high school seniors.
Applicants must be directly affiliated with a Chamber of Commerce member whose membership is current and in good standing.
To qualify, applicants must:
–reside in Freestone County
–be a 2026 graduating high school senior
–plan to pursue higher education
These scholarships are funded through Chamber sponsored fundraisers held throughout the year.
The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to promoting local businesses and strengthening the community we call home.
The ideal applicant demonstrates pride in their hometown, a commitment to community involvement, and a desire to give back in the future.
Preference will be given to students who plan to return to Freestone County to pursue their goal of becoming a business owner.
