Provisional Safety Plans Approved

 

The state has recently reviewed and approved Freestone County Jail’s Provisional Visitation Plan, and it has also been approved by the Local Health Authority, which means that inmate visitation can be allowed again, beginning May 2, 2021.

At this time, beginning Sunday, May 2nd, there will be one (1) visitor allowed per week, per person incarcerated. These visits will be 20 minutes in length, and visitors must be 17 or older to visit.

For more information regarding the Freestone County Sheriff’s Office procedures, there will be information packets in the lobby of the FCSO that may be picked up. For specific questions, contact the Jail Facility at 903-389-3840.

County Sheriff Jeremy Shipley urges everyone to know the rules and procedures expected during your scheduled visitation time.

VISITATION SCHEDULE:
Sunday: 12p – 430p, 6p – 9p
Wednesday: 9a – 230p, 6p – 9p
Friday: 12p – 430p, 6p – 9p
Saturday: 9a – 315p
