Fairfield City Workers were able to stop traffic as a toddler was attempting to cross Highway 84 near Cotton Street on Monday, November 30, 2020 around 11:00 a.m.
Luckily, the city workers were in the right place at the right time, and managed to keep the little boy from being injured in anyway.
After local police were contacted, the child’s family and home were located a block away from where he was found.
The child had traveled an entire block before making it to the highway and attempting to cross.
