Among the topics for this year included innovative fundraising, building community consensus, effective engagement at the Capitol, and more.

“Thank you, Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Board, for allowing me the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful three-year program,” says Pate, who serves as Executive Director for the Chamber.
She previously completed the Community Development Institute three-year program, as plans to pursue a course in Office Management as her next three-year venture.

“Education is key as we learn what is best for our communities,” says Pate.  “We always have an opportunity to be better.”
