The City of Wortham will have their city-wide Garage Sale on Saturday, April 28th.
No permits are required to participate. Participants will choose their own hours.
There will be no maps of sale locations, so get ready to roam the streets in search of treasure.

Saturday, April 28th is Dumpster Day at Southern Oaks VFD, starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 2:00 p.m.
Items accepted include metal and appliances, batteries, and paint (if it is totally dry).
Not accepted will be tires, brush, oils or fuel.

One Stop Recycle Drop will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the FHS Bus Loop on Post Oak Road from 8:30 a.m. to Noon.
Items accepted this month include: paper, plastic, cardboard, tin, aluminum, medication, clothing, shoes, electronics, batteries, glass, and eyeglasses.
CRT TVs and CRT Monitors will be allowed, but only two per household will be accepted.
