Bonnie Davis, 71, of Montgomery, formerly of Fairfield, passed away August 1, 2016 at her residence.
She was born September 11, 1944 to JR and Doris Baldridge Donaldson.
Bonnie was a member of The First United Methodist church in Fairfield; and a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and enjoyed the company of her dog Honey.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Ted Davis; mother, Doris; father, JR; step mother, Dorothy Donaldson; step father, Bill Owen; and step brother, Gene Owen.
She leaves behind her children: Doug Davis and wife Tricia of Frost, Debbie Carroll and husband Jeff of Montgomery; grandchildren: Cole Jackson, Jaci Jackson, Taylor Davis, Tanner Davis, and Tatum Davis; siblings: Ricky Donaldson and wife Vicky of Waco, Danny Donaldson of Palestine, Jerry Byrd of Arlington, and Mary Howard of Purvis, MS; step brother, Gene Owens; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
Funeral services were at 10 am Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the First United Methodist church.
Burial followed at Fairfield Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Cole Jackson, Tanner Davis, Preston Trevino, Jakob Trevino, Garrett Goolsby, and Graham Goolsby.
