Bone broth has been around for centuries. Our ancestors would always have a pot of soup cooking. The reason is because they were not wasteful the way that we are. So, they would cook up all the parts of the chicken, cow, etc that they did not use and believe it or not, it was super healthy and probably why they did not suffer with as much sickness and disease as we have in our lives. Bone broth is created out of bone, marrow, skin, feet, ligaments, and tendons. They are simmered down for long periods of time which release collagen, proline, glycine, and glutamine. These are all super beneficial in healing our bodies. These broths reduce inflammation, improve digestion, boost immune system, and so much more. It is low in carbs so it is beneficial for everyone. The broth that you buy at a store is not the same because they use MSG and other properties that are not beneficial for us. Some of the major benefits from bone broth include; treating leaky gut syndrome, overcoming food intolerances and allergies, improve joint health, reduce cellulite, improve immune system, maintain healthy skin, aide metabolism and promotes anabolism, and helps with brain function. You can find bone broth In powder form used as a protein powder and other forms that make using it a little easier for everyone. Although these products are great to add to your diet. There is nothing better than the bone broth itself. I have seen so many benefits and people feel better just from a 3 or 5 day bone broth cleanse. This is where you get 4 bowls of bone broth per say and you drink that and lots of water to promote detoxification while adding the super benefits that the broth gives you.
