Interested new members for the Freestone County Fair & Rodeo Association, that have not already sent in their membership applications, should drop them off the the Extension Office, or contact Michelle at 903-390-7028.
If you were a previous member and did NOT get a form in the mail already, then your membership has possibly lapsed last year (or the mail lost it), which means you will need to be voted on again during the FCFRA meeting on Monday, September 11, 2023.
Membership forms are available online here. Membership fee is $25 per family.
Also, for those who received renewal forms, they must be renewed by October 1st in order to be allowed to vote at the annual meeting.
The Annual Meeting will be held Monday, October 9th at the Venue at G Bar Ranch.
Membership includes a catered meal for 1 or 2. Additional plates are $20 each.
During the Annual Meeting, the Board will go over finances and activities from the past year and plans for the 2024 Freestone County Fair.
There are also 3 Board member positions open for election every year.
