Location for the Friends of Fort Boggy annual meeting and hot dog supper on Monday, January 16th at 6:00 p.m. has been changed to the Centerville High School Library. The following persons have been nominated to serve on the Board of Directors: Pat Lacasse, and Betty Heffler. There is still a vacancy on the Board of Directors to be filled. If you are interested in serving please contact Mike Heffler at 903-322-3478. Other nominations may be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
Just a reminder about the upcoming annual meeting and who is providing what: Annual Meeting slated for Jan. 16, 2017. Wesley Hamilton will secure the location: Robin Cornelius will provide a desert; Wayne Phillip- Cheese; Carolyn Mueller-Frito’s; Pat Lacasse – Pickles; Mike & Betty Heffler will provide – Hot Dogs, Mustard, Catsup, Buns, Napkins, Utensils, Bowls/Plates, Drinks, and Onions.
Meetings are open to the public and we encourage all to join us in our efforts to preserve and protect the natural and cultural resources of Fort Boggy State Park.
