Alice Vivian Bonner, 66, of Fairfield, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021 in Tyler. Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 29, 2021 at First Baptist Church with Pastor Jimmy Cotton, Cowboy Heritage Church and Pastor Jeffrey Stachmus, First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Bonner Cemetery.

Mrs. Bonner was born August 3, 1954 in Fairfield to parents Hubert Gene Reynolds, Sr. and Christine Spivey Reynolds. She was a lifetime Freestone County resident. She was a graduate of Fairfield High School where she was a member and twirler in the Eagle Band. Alice was also a graduate of Baylor University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising. She was also a member of Alpha Omega Sorority during her time at Baylor. She was the former owner and operator of Radishes & Roses Children’s Clothing Store located on the square in Fairfield. She was the first female President of the Fairfield School Board. Mrs. Bonner was a member of and a longtime Sunday School teacher at Harmony Presbyterian Church and later First Baptist Church. She married Frank Bonner on April 3, 1982 in Fairfield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Clarrisa Ann Wilson.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Frank; three children, Tyler Bonner and wife Penny of Fairfield; Anna Richards and husband Chadwick of Mt. Vernon, NY; Laura Kelley and husband Zach of Temple, TX; three grandchildren, Chad Richards, Cooper Kelley and Hunter Kelley; one brother, Gene Reynolds and wife Renee of Fairfield; one sister, Debbie Young and husband Billy of Waco; and a very special friend, Kristan Lindsey Fryer.
